Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Dragonfly programs and alliances
• Lead cross-functional program teams and facilitate technical and scientific discussions
• Coordinate program progress updates and maintain dashboards
• Build strong relationships within the organization
• Effectively communicate program strategy, progress, and timelines

Education

• Degree in life sciences; advanced degree (PhD or MBA) preferred
