Sie bringen Leidenschaft mit für die Kommunikation innovativer Dienstleistungen im Bereich Real Estate, Infrastructure und Industry über alle denkbaren Kanäle hinweg? Sie haben ein Gespür für die passende Ansprache unserer Kunden in der Region Nordrhein-Westfalen? Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams in Köln oder Düsseldorf! Als Bindeglied zwischen unserer zentralen Kommunikationsabteilung und dem Team Regional Sales Nordrhein-Westfalen bringen sie alle Fäden zusammen und entwickeln daraus Kommunikationsformate, die unsere Kunden begeistern!

  • Zentrale Marketingkampagnen und –strategien in der Region umsetzen mit den Zielen Lead-Generierung, Neukundengewinnung und Bestandskundenentwicklung
  • Beraten unserer Fachkolleg:innen der Region Nordrhein-Westfalen zu allen Kommunikationsbedarfen und -anlässen
  • Eigenverantwortliches Planen und Umsetzen regionaler Eventformate
  • Relevante Themen aus der Region für alle internen Kommunikationskanäle aufbereiten und umsetzen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium, idealerweise mit Spezialisierung im Bereich Marketing
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer beratenden Agentur oder auf Unternehmensseite im Marketing
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Proaktive, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit gepaart mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Begeisterungsfähigkeit für aktuelle Themen/Trends unserer Branche
