Job Title: Drink Station Attendant

General Description: Serves as the point of contact for employees, vendors and patrons at facility Drink Stations. Offers assistance in directing or serving all patrons.

Supervision Received: Promotion Manager

Supervision Exercised: None

Essential Job Functions:

  • Responsible for greeting each guest with a warm and friendly smile when filling drink requests
  • Responsible for serving patrons beverages from the Drink Kiosks.
  • Keep greeting area clean and neat.
  • Keep drink station clean, wipe down all equipment and counters within the drink station.
  • Keep drink station stocked with basic items of condiments (creamers, sugar, etc.).
  • Must be able to wear proper PPE, including N95 masks and gloves.
  • Disinfects surfaces within the assigned drink station
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

· 0-2 years of experience

Education:

· Requires a High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interface and interact with a diverse population of patrons.
  • Ability to think and act independently with limited guidance.
  • Must be able to read, understand, apply, and retain knowledge of departmental rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods. Requires eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity; requires normal vision/hearing range and basic math skills in order to perform assigned job duties correctly
  • Must be able to work varied hours, as needed including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to work in an environment where second hand smoke may be present

Training and Experience:

Licenses/Certifications/Other:

  • Be able to pass a background check and receive a gaming license from the Chickasaw Nation Office of the Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
  • Complete pre-employment drug test with a negative result.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to withstand long periods of time on your feet.
  • Must be able twist, bend, kneel, reach and stretch arms above shoulders in all directions.
  • Must be able to climb and perform overhead work on platforms and ladders.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.

Work Environment:

May be working in areas where temperatures fluctuate, have poor ventilation or areas where smoking may be allowed. May have to work in high traffic areas or places where people congregate for long period of time. May experience extreme weather conditions on the job as well as on the way to and from specific job sites.
