Driver Settlements

We are a small locally owned transportation company currently seeking a Billing & Driver Payroll Clerk to join our team in Eagan, MN. This position is dedicated to ensuring accurate billing of customer orders which tie into payment of driver settlement amounts.

Duties:

• Process driver trip envelopes and bill freight
• Verify driver trip reports and matching paperwork including BOL
• Prepare final settlements for driver payroll and audit driver pay
• Work with driver managers and order planners to resolve billing issues
• Scan or print invoices and backup paperwork to appropriate customers and brokers as per their specifications
• Maintain organized files
• Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
• Dependable and well organized
• Possess strong office telephone and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office programs
• Responsible for maintaining a professional image with drivers, peers, and supervisors
