You can expect to apply your coursework and further develop your experience across the Customer Experience (CX) Technology team.ResponsibilitiesAs a CX Technology intern, you'll be involved in a full-stack project focusing on areas such as:Enhancing the Customer Experience team's ability to understand and resolve users' issues.Influencing the user interaction with Dropbox through our support website.Integrating support ticketing with internal systems for seamless operations.Advocating for secure and scalable internal development practices.Developing tools to empower users in diagnosing and resolving issues independently.We'll collaborate with you to align with your school's schedule, ensuring a 12-week internship duration.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a BS in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent technical experience, graduating in Spring of 2026Experience writing or shipping software (Python and/or JavaScript) as part of coursework, personal projects, internships, coding competitions or researchPassion to learn, problem solve, and challenge the status quo#J-18808-Ljbffr
