We are looking for a proactive inspection supporter to join Drug Product Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT DP) at Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies (FDB). The successful candidate will be handling engineering, process and technology support for the visual inspection processes in close collaboration with our current inspection specialist. Over time you will be the go-to person and develop into specialist for the visual inspection processes and equipment during engineering, qualification, tech transfers and operation. For our new drug product manufacturing facility in Hillerød, we are currently establishing manual inspection capabilities and have one automated inspection line on order, but many other exciting projects are foreseen in the future. About the Role
The main purpose of this role is to have full focus on Manual and Automated Visual inspection tasks and through that, develop into an inspection specialist within MSAT DP on the visual inspection processes and equipment. The work will be done in close collaboration with our current inspection specialist and other relevant engineers/scientists/specialists in additional areas as relevant.
These are the focus areas:

Support and drive MSAT engineering activities and deliverables in connection with construction, commissioning, qualification, validation of inspection processes and equipment.

Provide support towards operational readiness for the inspection processes and equipment, including establishment of maintenance programs, spare part assessments, preparation of procedures, training etc.

Acting as second line support to maintenance organization in complex and unforeseen equipment issues. Leading troubleshooting teams and activities and being point of contact to suppliers.

Drive continuous improvement of the inspection processes and equipment, being up to date with the current regulatory landscape, new technologies and equipment.

Participates in deciding future equipment technologies as fit to Fujifilm Strategy.
About the Department
MSAT DP contains the drug product process and technology scientists/specialist as well as the tech transfer leads and the CQV specialists.
We are growing from currently 12 colleagues to more than 15 over the coming year as we get closer to clinical and commercial drug product manufacturing operations. We work in an informal way with emphasis on trust, delegation, proactivity, teamwork and learning and sharing with each other.
Qualifications
We are ideally looking for a person who brings with her/him the below mentioned:

Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, working in a GMP environment.

Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.

Experience from working with strategies for equipment uptime and preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance for complex manufacturing equipment.

Interest and bandwidth for continually learning about new technologies, processes and products.

Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

Profound analytic skills
-
Self-drive, proactivity and skills in managing complex assignments.
