About The Role:
باعتبارك مسئول تشغيل، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة العمليات الميدانية والإشراف عليها عبر المناطق المخصصة. ستعمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات والتسويق ودعم العملاء لضمان العمليات السلسة وخدمة العملاء عالية الجودة.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
القيام بزيارات يومية الى التجار المتعاقدين مع الطرف الاول.
تنفيذ المهام الموكلة اليه من المدير المباشر فى خلال 48 ساعة.
ملاء اسئلة الاستبيان مع موظفين الفروع العاملة بفروع التجار المتعاقد معاهم.
تقديم تقارير إسبوعية عن الزيارات التى قام بها لفروع التجار.
الحصول على بيانات كافة مدراء الفروع و ارقام الفروع الخاصة بالتجاروالتأكد من صحتها.
تصعيد المشاكل المتواجدة لدى التجار اثناء تنفيذ خدمات الشركة الى المراقب المسؤول عنه بصورة يوميه.
تحديث قاعدة بيانات الشركة.
