About the Role:

As a Partnerships Sr. Executive, your primary responsibility will be to establish, manage, and nurture key partnerships with merchants across multiple sectors to not only meet but exceed Dsquares’ KPI objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with a focus on exclusive offers and promotions.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the partnerships team and other departments.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and proposals to senior management.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners that align with Dsquares’ goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to finalize deals and enhance partner satisfaction.
  • Continuously assess market trends to optimize partnerships and engagement strategies.
  • Provide training and direction to the sales team regarding new opportunities and client requirements.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management, sales, or account management.
  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales or partnership initiatives.
