About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and talented Technical Product Owner. In this role, he/she will be responsible for driving the product development process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and vision.
Will work closely with the delivery squads tribe to validate requirements, analyze needs, and ensuring that the core development team delivers high-quality software that meets clients needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Core Product Team to define and prioritize product features, create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Maintain the Core Product backlog, prioritize items based on input from both the Delivery and Core teams.
- Act as a bridge between the delivery and core teams to ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, and priorities.
- Translate business needs from the delivery teams into technical requirements for the core team, ensuring technical solutions align with our product objectives.
- Coordinate development efforts between the delivery and core teams, ensure alignment and common goals for project launches.
- Review completed work results with input from Core Product Team, ensuring quality standards and business requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the Core Product Team on release planning, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and business priorities.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform decisions and prioritize future development efforts.
- Identify and address technical debt in collaboration with the core development team, prioritize and resolve issues to improve overall product quality.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience in loyalty programs or a similar industry is a plus.
- Certifications in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are desirable but not required.
