Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent within the E-commerce/DTC niche. This position requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the E-commerce industry, particularly in areas such as digital marketing, customer experience, product management, and logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for roles that drive growth in the DTC environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals, with a focus on E-commerce/DTC roles.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with a strong emphasis on their experience in the E-commerce/DTC space.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to E-commerce/DTC positions.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and gathering feedback from interviewers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier E-commerce/DTC talent.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs within the E-commerce/DTC domain by building long-term relationships with potential candidates.
  • Data-Driven Recruitment: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to continuously improve the hiring process and make informed decisions.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years of talent acquisition experience with a focus on E-commerce or DTC roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the E-commerce/DTC landscape, including key roles in digital marketing, product management, customer experience, and logistics.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding and attracting the best talent in a competitive market.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach to changing needs.
