The individual which fills this role will begin the process of identifying key performance metrics to identify trends and efficiency opportunities for our key relationships. We look to create a simplified data driven approach which we can replicate in order to provide added value and efficiency. The role requires a significant level of internal collaboration to communicate your clients needs. This includes coordination with our Data, Risk , Product, Global Operations and Client Service teams.Your Primary Responsibilities:• Deliver proactive account management, including but not limited to understanding client’s current use of our products and services and how their processes and flows are• Develop an in-depth network and knowledge of how clients utilize our service suite in different ways to achieve their best outcomes and share this knowledge.• Work independently or across teams to resolve client issues in a prompt and professional manner, while escalating critical matters as needed.• Identify and understand areas where clients can mitigate risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors, and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.• Act as a trusted consultant to clients by contributing innovative ideas that anticipate and address client needs and add value to enhance the client experience.• Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately.Qualifications:• Minimum of 6 years of related experience• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent experienceTalents Needed for Success:• Knowledge of securities industry and business applications for banks, brokers, investment managers, etc., including knowledge of trade capture, clearance and settlement systems, asset servicing & securities processing, related technology, service bureaus, data vendors, and other partners.The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
