We are now seeking a dedicated Business/Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable purchasing experience for our customers while contributing to the overall success of our dealership. This job has a great pay plan combining both a salary and bonus structure based on the department's performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the financial transactions related to the sale of vehicles, including pricing negotiations and financing options.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention in vehicle financing and leasing processes.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle sales process from start to finish.
  • Monitor and manage the dealership's compliance with all financial and legal regulations.
  • Provide customers with transparent information on financing, warranties, and insurance products.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure the best financing rates for our customers.
  • Train and guide sales team members on the best practices for discussing financing options with customers.
  • Proven experience in automotive finance, preferably in a new franchise dealership environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, vehicle pricing, and leasing options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with dealership operations and regulatory compliance standards.
  • High ethical standards of excellence.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check.
