Remote Customer Success Officer

Job Description: Duke Energy is seeking a motivated and independent Remote Customer Success Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field... Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to find creative solutions to customer concerns. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure a positive customer experience. 6. Utilize customer success tools and software to track customer interactions and maintain customer records. 7. Meet and exceed customer success metrics and goals. Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
