Senior Director of Global People Operations
Duolingo is seeking a Senior Director of Global People Operations to lead and scale our people operations team, ensuring a balance of visionary forward-thinking practices with practical, user-centric programs and processes across the candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Shape and define the overall People Operations team strategy and operating model
- Drive process design and implementation

- Lead cross functional projects for operational efficiencies
- Partner with People Analytics and People Systems team
- Lead, coach, and partner with team members
Education
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in relevant field
