Your key responsibilities
- Performs routine procedures following written work instructions to complete manufacturing processes.
- Measures and verifies that materials are available per specification and operates production equipment.
- Maintains documentation on manufacturing processes to comply with organization and regulatory standards.
- Read batch card, work orders, recipes, or formulas in order to determine cooking times and temperatures, and ingredient specifications.
- Observe gauges, dials, and product characteristics, and adjust controls in order to maintain appropriate temperature, pressure, and flow of ingredients within prescribed limits.
- May test product for specified characteristics, such as moisture levels, and listen for malfunction alarms, and shut down equipment and notify supervisors when necessary
- Communicate with the lab to anticipate or remedy any problems to ensure the highest quality and optimize efficiency..

You bring
- High School Diploma / GED preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Diploma
- Equipment operator experience in a manufacturing environment. and SAP Experience a plus.
- Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
- Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day;
- Must be able to lift a 35 lb product hose and must be able to move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness and ability to work in a facility with minimal temperature control, exposed to local temperature variations (hot & cold)
