This is a paid internship that will occur part-time (15-25 hours) during the fall semester. This individual will hone their marketing skills by partnering with the broader marketing team, as well as, other key internal stakeholders, including Product Managers, Sales Executives and our VP of External Affairs and Deputy Counsel. We are looking for someone who is creative, thoughtful, a team player, good work ethic and has a strong attention to detail. To thrive in this position, you’ll be excited to approach all obstacles in a high-growth environment, exemplify excellence in your deliverables, and work closely with your team members and cross-functionally to better every process and project you work on at Dutchie.What You'll Do...• Write and edit ongoing social media and blog posts• Assist with development of targeted marketing campaign strategy and execution• Work with internal stakeholders to develop employee spotlights, blog posts, email blasts, etc.• Create, develop and manage broad social media calendar• Partner with data team to manage marketing statistics and trends• Be a key business partner internally and work with various departments to implement processes• Support other departments and our business partners on an as-needed basis• Ability to effectively interact and communicate with all levels within the organization• Performs other related duties as assignedWhat You Bring...• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field• Previous experience with marketing campaigns• Strong social media experience• Attention to detail and copywriting skills• Flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization by taking ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities• 15-25 committed work hours per week throughout fall semester• Ability to work cross-functionally and with various stakeholders• Openness to process improvements and ability to find efficiencies in various proceduresIt's a bonus if you...• Previous marketing internship• Experience with AI• Familiarity or past experience with HubspotYou’ll Get…We are targeting an hourly rate of $20 based on the intended level and scope for this role.
