Job Description

Regional Partner Operations Manager, also know as Partner Program Manager (PPM) is not a sales role, it work alongside the Sales, PSMs and Partners within their geography to provide overall operational consistency in alignment with the global program.  

This PPM will focus on LATAM, support the implementation and maintenance of the Partner Program, from the contract management and the partner onboarding to the deal registration review and all processes reinforcement to assure partner data hygiene. As well as contribute to the global distributed PPM team, contributing to the definition and improvement of the processes with clear and innovative ideas.

The PPM will be capable of advocating on behalf of our partners to cross-functional teams so that Partners have the best experience possible interacting with the Dynatrace platforms, being prepared to test the systems before they reach the partners.

The PPM will be an incredibly organized person, capable of juggling multiple projects and priorities. He/she will have excellent communication skills, and will be able to present to all audiences, from the technical operations to the regional leaders, and will be able to solve conflicts as needed.

The PPM will concentrate on LATAM, where he/she will take responsibility for all tasks, enforcing all processes, and reporting on them, but he/she will also work on the global distributed PPM team, contributing to the definition and improvement of the processes with clear and innovative ideas.

Location: remote from home office in Miami, FL or Mexico preferred

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bilingual English & Spanish - written and spoken a must
  • 2+ Partner Operations experience required

    Preferred Requirements:

    • IT background - Worked for Technology Company
    • Channel / Partner experience
    • Work across internal teams such as Legal and Regional Vice Presidents and more
    • Able to define and enforce processes
    • Focus on the results
    • System test experience (patience for testing and assuring platforms run correctly)
    • Salesforce
    • MS suite
    • Excel expert
    • Dynamic, flexible, team player - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what's necessary
    • Effective communication and Organizational skills

    Compensation and rewards

    • The OTE range for this role is $109,000 - $136,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
    • Our total compensation package includes unlimited personal time off, an employee stock purchase plan, and a reward system. 
    • We also offer medical/dental benefits, and a company matching 401(k) plan for retirement.
