Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of HR operations
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes
Provide guidance on HR operational processes
Manage HR data and analytics
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree preferred
