EarnIn is looking for a Head of User Research to lead UX strategy and manage a team of researchers while influencing product decisions to enhance financial flexibility for users.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and mentor UX Researchers and Designers
Develop and implement a comprehensive UX research strategy
Manage a team of quality and quantitative UX researchers
Design and run research services for the Product organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user-centric solutions

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Advanced degree preferred
