Skills

Strong software engineering skills
Proficiency in ML techniques
Advanced programming in Python
Experience with ML frameworks
Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML platforms
Experience with modern LLM stacks
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, A/B test, and deploy machine learning models
Train, fine-tune, evaluate, and operationalize large language models (LLMs)
Continuously improve model performance using the latest research
Champion data-driven decision-making in ML deployment
Collaborate with ML platform engineers
Explore and integrate new technologies
Mentor junior team members
Lead by example and foster operational excellence

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
