EarnIn is a leader in earned wage access, dedicated to delivering real-time financial flexibility for individuals living paycheck to paycheck. We seek a Staff level Product Analyst to drive analytics and insights critical for our growth.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills
6+ years in product analytics/data science
Expert in SQL; familiar with Python or R
Experience in designing and iterating A/B tests
Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau

Responsibilities

Define key metrics and answer important questions with the product and engineering team
Conduct analysis and find opportunities for improvement through A/B Testing
Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor metrics
Communicate results and influence stakeholders effectively
