We believe in making customers feel super excited and having fun while shopping.Job Description:We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant to join our team for festival events in Los Angeles. This role will focus on engaging with festival-goers, promoting our product, and assisting with on-site sales.Key Responsibilities:• Engage with customers at festivals and promote the Protective Mouth Grill• Assist in setting up and breaking down the booth at festivals• Provide exceptional customer service, answering any questions about the product• Process sales transactions using our payment systems• Maintain an organized and visually appealing booth• Handle on-the-spot requests and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience for festival attendeesQualifications:• Prior sales experience is a plus (festival or event experience preferred)• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Passionate about engaging with people and providing top-tier customer service• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment• Ability to lift and carry equipment needed for event setup• Flexibility to work weekends and attend various festivals throughout the season• Must have reliable transportationWhy Join Us?At EASE, you’ll be part of a growing brand that values innovation, creativity, and fun.
