Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle for SMB customers
  • Build a deep understanding of the EasyLlama product
  • Create a forecast for accounts in your business book
  • Identify upsell opportunities and develop pipeline
  • Monitor account risk and develop mitigation plans
  • Handle billing, renewals, and pricing quotes
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on outbound campaigns
  • Capture and communicate recommendations from customer insights
