Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle for SMB customers
Build a deep understanding of the EasyLlama product
Create a forecast for accounts in your business book
Identify upsell opportunities and develop pipeline
Monitor account risk and develop mitigation plans
Handle billing, renewals, and pricing quotes
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success on outbound campaigns
Capture and communicate recommendations from customer insights
