About the Role:


The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is responsible for the full cycle administration of organizational compensation, executive compensation, and benefits programs. This role requires deep analytical and holistic organizational design skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally. Attention to detail, experience with plan design, understanding of total rewards compensation philosophy, organizational acumen, and compliance experience are fundamental to success in this role. Global experience using Aon Radford tools preferred.


What you will do:

o Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices globally.

o Evaluate and grade jobs based on responsibilities, qualifications, and market data.

o Provide recommendations for salary ranges, incentive programs, and other compensation elements.

o Experience designing commission and bonus programs.

o Evaluate pay equity and make recommended adjustments as needed.

o Oversee and Administer benefits program.

o Provide insights on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs.

o Ensure that compensation and benefits practices align with legal requirements and industry best practices.

o Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Leadership to teams.

o Create presentation decks, monthly reporting, and board documentation for compensation approvals.

o Update and Maintain accurate employee data related to compensation and equity in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or other relevant systems.

o Communicate effectively with employees about compensation and equity-related matters, including program details and changes.

o Develop and deliver training sessions for employees on compensation and equity topics.

o Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency of compensation and equity administration.

o Ability to produce, manipulate, interpret, and analyze large amounts of data.  

o Able to independently manage and deliver large, deadline driven projects.

 

About you:

o Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.  

o 5+ years of related experience or master’s degree and 3+ years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience.

o Proven experience in compensation and benefits.

o In-depth knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR best practices.

o Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in data analysis tools

o Excellent communication and organizational skills.

o Ability to work independently, goal focused.

Experience with Radford Compensation and Paylocity (HRIS) is preferred.
