Eaton's Electrical Division is currently seeking a Associate Product Manager. The Associate Product Manager will support the Residential - Circuit Protection product lines with a focus on sales interactive tools to facilitate product line growth. This position will be responsible for continual improvement of the Bid Manager takeoffs for Loadcenter and Metering products. The role will also be tasked with product management responsibilities for supplemental products in the Enclosures portfolio - including surge, ATS & emerging technologies. Within the assigned product portfolio, they will be responsible for the strategic roadmap (including execution of new product introduction and product retirements), pricing and cost containment, marketing functions, education and programs.The expected annual salary range for this role is $91,500 - $134,200 a year.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you'll do:• Create/implement strategic plans, product roadmaps and profit plans for supplementary enclosure products• Develop/implement marketing growth plans and programs• Lead troubleshooting and enhancements of Loadcenter and Metering Bid Manager takeoffs by collecting customer feedback and working with the development team on the features and layout of the takeoff• Drive strategy to achieve sales and obtain resources in applicable product lines• Lead product development and cost out programs through PROLaunch process for new product development, product line support and product upgrades• Manage price realization objectives and targets• Approve pricing policies and transactional pricing to maintain realized price and margin targets• Develop training materials and marketing presentations and perform training as required• Adhere to safety policies and identifies safety issues aligned with MESH requirementsBasic (Required) Qualifications:• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution• Three (3) years of experience in engineering or technical marketing.• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.Preferred Qualifications:• Industrial Design, Engineering or Marketing degree• Project management experiencePosition Success Criteria:• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.• Technical aptitude toward miniature circuit breakers, residential enclosures and metering• Demonstrated creativity in product layout and marketing• Ability to learn market influences and understanding of market dynamics.• Ability to work effectively in team environment and independently#LI-LR1We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
