The Senior Product Manager, SEO will be responsible for delivering traffic-driving experiences for new and existing eBay customers, from inception to execution, analysis, and iteration. They will collaborate with business, technical, and design partners to create innovative solutions to customer needs. They will manage a product roadmap, presenting quarterly and annual plans to senior leadership, and will coordinate a cross-functional team to bring these plans to life. Responsibilities • Drive the roadmap and execution for key SEO products • Analyze business opportunities, develop strategies, and prioritize features to address them • Present quarterly and annual plans to senior leadership • Gather and document product requirements • Conduct A/B experiments and other forms of quantitative testing, analyze and report on results • Manage an engineering backlog Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Experience coordinating a team of engineers • Experience with A/B quantitative testing • Data driven and results oriented decision making • Track record of product execution and delivery • Experience working with user experience design and research • Effective written and oral communication • Comfortable working in large, matrixed organizations • Experience with e-commerce or consumer products preferred The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California, Washington, or New York is expected in the range below. $135,200 - $205,700 Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
