Engineering Team Lead - Fintech
Ebury is a hyper-growth FinTech firm looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead a cross-functional team to integrate AI solutions for client challenges.
Skills
- Knowledge of algorithms and design principles
- Strong Linux systems knowledge
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and networking
- Hands-on automation experience
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Understand company and client challenges with AI solutions
- Manage product priorities
- Represent the team in different forums
- Collaborate with Product on implementation plans
- Foster technical decision-making within the team
- Draft and review quarterly Engineering KPIs
- Define and implement best practices for monitoring and incident management
- Design and implement automation tools
- Participate in the design of new systems and services
- Manage team's performance and provide coaching
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
