Senior Manager, Growth (Crypto)

Echo Base is a private holding company pursuing special situation control investments in the digital assets space. Its global crypto team possesses deep experience in both the scaling of new ventures and the restructuring of complex assets. Echo Base seeks to leverage operational and technical synergies across its portfolio companies to drive innovation. Est. 2025.



Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated Senior Manager, Growth to join our dynamic team and report to the VP of Growth. This role is critical to driving user and revenue growth by conceptualizing and strategizing new growth opportunities, programs and campaigns that drive new user acquisition, engagement and retention.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own growth initiatives such as referral programs, affiliate marketing, viral campaigns to be used in the product and various channels such as email, socials, community etc.
  • Develop product-led growth strategies to improve product adoption
  • Manage all growth programs and campaigns across multiple channels and product lines.
  • Adopt a data-driven approach to all experimentation
  • Aligns all campaigns and program goals with company’s overall growth targets
  • Collaborates with other teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Report success, failures and next steps of any initiative/campaign using a data-driven approach
  • Monitors and optimizes programs for better performance
  • Responsible for ideating and creating the strategy for growth programs
  • Hypothesize about potential campaigns and growth strategies, run experiments, and test different tactics to find what works best.
  • Oversee the planning, development, and rollout of growth programs ensuring that milestones are met and teams are aligned.

Experience required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field (often required).
  • 3-5 years of experience in running campaigns across different channels (paid search, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Proven success in building and scaling referral programs, affiliate marketing programs, or other customer-driven growth initiatives.
  • Good understanding and experience of other marketing/growth functions as well as other marketing channels
  • Experience in the web3/blockchain space is preferred
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and sales, to drive integrated growth programs.
  • A/B testing experience and running data-driven growth experiments to optimize campaigns and program performance.
  • Data analysis: Comfort with analyzing key performance indicators and/or developing those KPIs if none are prescribed.
