Your role in a nutshell

The Ecommerce Administrator reports to the Supervisor of the Ecommerce department. This role assists in the facilitation and completion of online orders for The Body Shop and Natura brands.

More about the role

• Facilitate the order fill process by releasing the work from Shopify/Email to the warehouse team members for completion
• Respond to internal and external brand partners in regards to order inquiries, inventory, and items needed for kit building, as well as the returns process
• Using Excel, provide gift building sheets and updating inventory quantities, as needed
• Generate and print shipping labels for order completion
• Assist the Ecommerce Supervisor in auditing the gift building process for accuracy and consistency and report inconsistencies in a timely manner

What we look for

• Must be fluent in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook to perform daily functions of the role
• Detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds
