ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a great opportunity to join a growing, global organization. The Ecommerce Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the proofing of product creation for all items to be sold online including SEO information, hex code and color grouping tool, coordinating styles, refinement values, and keywords with sales focus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Proof and creation of all product content and images in staging site prior to living on websites. This includes image accuracy and accurate product content such as title, copy, SEO information, hex codes, color groupings, Finish Your Look feature, refinement values and keywords.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all categories and navigations on websites. This includes creation of new categories, maintaining SEO information and copy, sorting rules, automation rules, pinning of featured items, review and maintaining the just reduced categories, new arrivals categories, sale price brackets, and maintain refinements.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks and issues such as maintaining PDP (product detail page) recommendations, A/B testing set up and monitoring, content asset edits and updates. Also review and complete all incoming web team tickets and coordinate as needed.
  • Maintain and proofread sales pages: Make sure that both limited-time sales, and permanent sales are displayed correctly on the website. Add or remove necessary disclaimers and activate or remove sale departments as needed. Also, organize the sale brands and highlight featured items during the sale. Additionally, ensure that all website links are functioning properly
  • Assist with tasks related to third-party vendors: Help with various tasks and issues concerning external vendors like Narvar, Qualtrics, Yotpo, and Global-e. This includes managing and reviewing email content, order tracking materials, customer surveys, and international order cancellations. Update product catalogs and modify links and texts when necessary.
  • Proofread digital catalogs: Check web-based catalogs for errors and provide corrections. Review any changes that have been made and ensure that the links direct users to the correct items. Create new catalog links and update catalogs in different sections of the website as required.
  • Maintaining Ecommerce reports such as sales by sku, category report, search terms and null report, etc.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • BS/BA Degree – Marketing, Public Relations, Project Management, Business, Merchandising
  • Customer-centric mind-set, constantly seeking ways to improve the shopping, buying and post-purchase experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, solid Excel skills
  • Knowledge of SEO principles
  • Rapid typing proficiency (at least 40 WPM)
  • Organization skills- ability to manage time, prioritize work, meet deadlines, and complete all assigned tasks.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail - Excellent proofing skills
  • Project management skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify trends and implement them into product classification.

Have the flexibility to work on-site/in the business and remotely during the week. You’ll spend a few days a week in our office for collaboration/in-person engagement and have the flexibility to work from home on other days. Employees are expected to be online and available during the core business hours for their team. Company computer provided for business use.
