As Pierre Fabre USA advances our eCommerce growth across various channels, we're seeking an experienced eCommerce Sales Operations Manager to augment our team's expertise.
The eCommerce Sales Operations Manager will take charge of optimizing sales operations, providing eCommerce analytics and insights, and managing forecasting across all our eCommerce channels including our Direct-to-Consumer (DtC) platforms, Amazon, and other eCommerce Pureplayers.
This role demands extensive data analysis skills, a robust understanding of eCommerce operations, and the capacity to derive actionable insights to fuel our commercial success.

Essential Functions:

Utilize analytics tools to generate actionable insights and recommendations across all eCommerce channels to drive strategic decision-making and enhance eCommerce operations on a weekly basis.

Develop and oversee precise sales forecasts at the SKU level for all eCommerce channels, identifying potential risks and opportunities and aligning with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory management.

Establish effective reporting systems to track eCommerce KPIs across all channels, delivering regular reports to brand teams, operations teams and senior management on sales performance, inventory status, and customer behavior trends.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to optimize eCommerce operations and enhance customer experience across all digital platforms.

Enhance operational efficiency by refining eCommerce processes, pinpointing bottlenecks, and suggesting solutions to improve productivity.

Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis across all channels to stay abreast of emerging eCommerce trends and technologies, delivering insights for business growth.

Contribute to the development of the annual business plan and sales strategy for all eCommerce channels, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience in eCommerce operations and sales, with a strong emphasis on analytics and forecasting across multiple platforms.

Proven expertise in eCommerce analytics tools and methodologies across various channels.

Strong quantitative skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex data clearly and concisely.

Knowledge of inventory management, sales forecasting, and eCommerce operations across multiple channels.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The normal working hours of the office are from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
