We need an Ecommerce Strategy and Analytics Manager to support Pattern’s efforts across multiple ecommerce channels.   • Advanced capabilities in Excel, SQL, Python with strong visual reporting skills
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, preferably within ecommerce
  • Proven success in process improvement, creative problem solving, and business strategy

In this role, you’ll work closely with other Strategy and Analytics team members and have opportunities to be mentored, mentor others, and interact with almost every department at Pattern. What does success look like in the first 30, 60, 90 days?
  • In the first 30 days, you’ll dive into Pattern’s ecommerce strategy, get familiar with our brand partners and their needs, and build relationships across multiple channels and departments
  • After 60 days, you’ll be able to assess challenges and needs, offer data-driven insights, and contribute to building solutions
  • After 90 days, you’ll own processes and be fully accountable for developing strategies and solutions to support Pattern’s continued growth

What is the team like?
You’ll report directly to the Associate Director of Ecommerce Strategy and Analytics. You’ll also work closely with the other two members of this team and be mentored by the VP of Ecommerce and the Chief Brand Officer, who you’ll meet with occasionally to discuss your performance and ideas. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
