You will assist in developing and implementing strategic communication and marketing initiatives aimed at supporting and engaging Planners. This role ensures effective communication of products, services, and value propositions to Planners, enhancing their engagement and driving business growth. Responsibilities:• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive communication and marketing strategy tailored to Planners.• Help align communication strategies with overall company goals and objectives.• Assist in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of communication strategies, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.• Contribute to the creation, curation, and management of high-quality content that resonates with Planners, including newsletters, emails, webinars, social media posts, etc.• Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and aligns with the company’s brand voice and messaging.• Develop and implement a social selling strategy to enable Planners to drive referrals and increase engagement with clients.• Support efforts to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Planners through regular and effective communication.• Assist in developing and implementing programs to increase Planner engagement and satisfaction, including in-person and virtual events.• Assist in planning and delivering on communication strategies surrounding targeted marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and events to Planners.• Work closely across the marketing team, contributing to a collaborative and innovative team environment.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and compliance, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment.• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.• Conduct research to understand the needs and preferences of Planners.• Use insights to assist in refining communication and marketing strategies.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in marketing or communications.• Experience in the financial services industry, specifically working with Planners, is highly desirable.Edelman Financial Engines takes a market-based approach to pay. The expected base salary range for this role nationally is $123,000 – $164,700. However, final base pay will be carefully determined based on several factors, including responsibilities, job-related skills, relevant experience, geographic location, and market conditions. Additionally, this role may be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health, dental and other wellness plans, and 401(k) contributions.Your recruiter can share more about the specific benefits eligible for this role during the hiring process.
