For the same survey, FEA received a precombination ranking of twelfth.Job DescriptionThis person will be responsible for supporting the financial systems including the ongoing integration across multiple accounting systems and the development of processes, controls and reporting. Specifically, this person needs to have a good exposure to NetSuite, Concur and reporting systems in general. He should be able to run queries, extract and load data and generate user reports as needed.Responsibilities:• Good understanding and exposure to one or more of the following systems and the interfaces with financial systems: Oracle NetSuite, Concur AP and T&E• Capable of providing support to the user community in running queries, loading data, generating new reports, closing financial systems• Responsible for maintaining user roles, privileges and administration work and security functions• Responsible for maintaining the financial systems configuration design and related documentation• Develop and validate requirements for changes, updates to financial systems including the support of upgrades and testing of the changes. Assist with proposal work and evaluation of responses.• Assist with training and development of training materials, as relevant to the role and support provided• Good exposure to internal controls and SOX testing, security and governance• Understanding and support of underlying subsystems as it interfaces with GL including Revenue & Billing, Procurement and AP, Payroll, T&E, FA, Blackline, consolidation and reporting systems• Interfaces with external auditors and assists with providing information including data extracts, reports as needed• Manages workload efficiently and support the peak periods for Close and Consolidation, FP&A, AP, AR and Billing• Team player across departments.QualificationsRequirements:• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Computer Science with exposure to finance or finance systems and processes• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Finance Systems, processes and controls required• Exposure to SOX, internal controls and consolidation processes• Financial services and/or Technology industry experience preferred• Experience in, or exposure to, subsystems such as Oracle NetSuite, Concur T&E and AP, UltiPro HR, Client billing systems, MS Dynamics SL, Fixed Assets System• Excellent written and oral communication skills.• Strong aptitude for financial systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.• Positive attitude and team player• Must be comfortable independently evaluating a situation, exercising judgment, and independently making decisions.• The Senior Financial Systems Analyst identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.• Position requires high level of responsibility regarding confidential information.Submit Resume:https://app.jobvite.com/j?aj=o8a58fwf&s=SmartRecruitersAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
