Google Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Google Delivery Lead who will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects through the entire project lifecycle, including planning requirements with internal and external customers, managing and improving project schedules and processes, and clearly communicating risk analyses and recommendations to executives and project stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Perform large-scale, complex software delivery projects/program management on client engagements or lead multiple software delivery projects for a client engagement • Successfully deliver projects on time and within budget • Maintain client/partner relationships, ensuring clear communication and exceeding client expectations for the final product or service • Proactively identify and resolve any potential client concerns • Gather and document requirements, identify project and contract boundaries, and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned • Identify and mitigate requests that potentially fall outside the agreed-upon scope, or find alternative solutions to manage time and/or budget • Proactively identify risks and develop plans to mitigate any potential risks that could threaten project success • Create a realistic and achievable timeline for project completion for large projects involving multiple parties and dependencies • Closely monitor progress throughout the project, identify any potential delays, and proactively take corrective actions to keep the project on track • Ensure that project costs stay within allocated resources while delivering on client needs • Work with the team and customer to define the tasks for each sprint, prioritize tasks while considering factors like dependencies, importance, and resource availability • Facilitate sprint reviews to showcase the team’s work and gather feedback • Lead sprint retrospectives to capture what went well and areas for improvement • Create an environment where team members can work effectively and deliver results via resource allocation, skills development, and fostering collaboration What we're looking for: • 10+ years of experience as a Delivery Lead • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but will consider relevant experience as an equivalent • Strong experience delivering complex projects on Google Cloud • Ability to understand, propose and manage architectures and technical component on Google Cloud • Experience using an Agile project management framework such as Asana or Jira
