EHS Student Assistant

As an engaged and outgoing team, we drive and help the site making the work safe and protecting the environment. Our task is to provide tools and support to the site in general, to the health and safety organization and the leaders. This involves a variety of topics like environmental protection, handling of incidents, legal compliance, working with materials and machines etc.

The primary task for our new student assistant will be within chemical management to support implementation of a new system for chemical management incl. creation and maintenance of SDS’s. Further you will be maintaining and updating our flow diagrams for work processes in our process module tool for this.

Also, other ad hoc task will come based on the needs, and you interest and competences.

Educational background

We are looking for a student with a solid chemical knowledge, who has good IT skills (min good MS Office skills) and ability to learn new systems. Knowledge of either elements from Health & Safety or Environment is seen as an advantage.

Personal qualifications

In order to succeed as a Student Assistant with us at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, we expect you to be a team player and help where needed as well as having the ability to work independently after instruction. You are structure and systematic and have good problem-solving skills as well as a curious approach to your work.

Lastly, we are an international company and therefore expect you to be able to communicate effortlessly in English as well as Danish in both writing and speaking.

Work schedule

The job is 10 hours/week preferably split over 2-3 days that are fixed per semester.

The ideal start time is July 1st or 15th, but other possibilities during July are workable.

As we are having a larger task this summer in relation to chemical management it would be very positive if our you could work some part or full weeks during end of July or August.
