Eikon Therapeutics is seeking a talented Clinical Trial Manager to join our oncology Clinical Operations team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and completing global clinical studies.

Skills

Strong project management skills

Detail-oriented with analytical abilities
Proficiency in using Veeva clinical trial management systems (CTMS)

Responsibilities

Provide guidance and oversight for in-house management of international clinical trials
Develop and execute operational plans for oncology clinical trials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for operational excellence
Manage trial start-up activities and site engagement
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the trial lifecycle

Education

PhD with 3 years of experience, or Masters Degree with 6 years of experience, or Bachelors Degree with 8 years of experience
In-depth knowledge of clinical trial regulations and guidelines
