Remote Operator

The tech-operations team is responsible for integrating Einride’s solution within the existing client infrastructure. Putting theory into practice, to get the wheels of change spinning.

We are looking for a remote operator, who operates and supervises Einrides autonomous electric vehicles as they are driving on public roads in Europe. The operations are carried out from a Remote Interface at an office, while there will be multiple vehicles at multiple locations, the operator will be supervising different vehicles throughout their shift.

The main task of the Remote Operator is to supervise and assist the autonomous vehicles with decision making. The operator must have a good understanding of the traffic flow and how the vehicle should behave in the situation.

As an operator it is very important that you have a strong safety mindset, high technical interest, and are interested in learning about a lot of cutting edge technologies. The operator needs to be trustworthy and communicative, and an interest in the future of logistics and vehicles is valuable. The working hours will depend on the sites we operate on, following regular working hours in logistics areas.

This role is located in Gothenburg, in periods the work will be at AstaZero Proving Grounds, Borås. During periods, there will be travel to sites for deployments.

• Operate Einride’s autonomous truck – both commercially and for R&D purposes.
• Be part of the operations team, mainly operating from Gothenburg, but also at customer sites and AstaZero.
• Working hours vary depending on the transport need at customer sites and testing schedules.
