With an emphasis on graphic design - you will channel the roar of the crowd, infuse the world of fashion, to create a product line that our players, fans, supporters, and our athletes will love. You’re informed of the rich history of sports, with a focus on the future, and your aim will be to bring to life fresh designs for EA SPORTS and our many franchises.You will lead the design of EA SPORTS gear through market-right products for some of the biggest sports brands in the world: EA SPORTS, FC, Madden, College Football, NHL, F1, UFC, PGA, NBA Live, WRC. This is a collaborative team, so it’s important to be curious, and not afraid to ask questions, while focusing on output. In this dream role you’ll work across multiple brands for EA SPORTS.Primary Responsibilities:• Create graphics and designs that bring to life our apparel vision for each collection.• Collaborate with Design and Marketing colleagues to create custom apparel graphics and products for EA SPORTS.• Define the balance between sport, fashion, and culture through creative design solutions.• Interpret the creative vision into consumer-relevant product ranges.• You own your creative process and can design towards given directions and creative briefs.• You’re comfortable making changes to the work based on layered feedback.• You can design work according to the visual language of EA SPORTS, and Licensed Corporate Identity guidelines from Partner teams, brands, athletes, clubs, and leagues.• You communicate your ideas and the surrounding details in a clear manner.• You can ensure an organized process and communication flow between design, and other teams for all issues regarding the designed ranges and products.• You can ensure handover of tech packs for development partners, factories, and manufacturing teams.• You have experience designing graphics and products for: T-shirts, Hoodies, Crew Necks, Hats, Bags, and Accessories.Requirements:• Graphic Design skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate)• Knowledge of fashion design / product or industrial design.• Knowledge of product development, material and trims for assigned product ranges.• You have experience building techpacks for product creation.• High level of creativity.• 3D Programs (Blender, Cinema 4D)• 6+ years of practical experience in the design environment (Apparel, Accessories, industrial design, fashion design or similar design related areas).• Education Degree in Graphic Design. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.BASE SALARY RANGES• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):º $122,400 - $176,300 USD Annually• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):º $115,700 - $176,300 USD Annually• Jersey City, NJ :º $142,000 - $176,300 USD Annually• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):º $131,000 - $174,800 USD Annually• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):º $115,700 - $163,100 USD Annually• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):º $107,600 - $147,100 CAN AnnuallyBase salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time. In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
