We are currently seeking a student intern to support the development of new, SOTA electroplating processes
Essential Duties:
Plan and conduct electroplating projects in the HSCL fabrication laboratory for the purpose of improving fabrication operations. Set up and conduct electroplating experiments, conduct plating bath analysis and maintenance and summarize data and report results to technical staff. Support and assist staff engineers with electroplating process improvements in a mixed use electroplating laboratory.
Required Skills:
Hands on experience working in the electroplating field with an emphasis in plating, wafer metrology, and excellent communication skill using Excel, Powerpoint, and Word. Knowledge of statistical process control and JMP is a plus.
Required Education:
Minimum 2 years completed in a chemistry, chemical engineering or material science undergraduate program.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires candidates to work within a cleanroom environment wearing appropriate PPE. Must be able to follow detailed instructions, operate in a fast-paced, multitasking environment, and have exceptional organizational and laboratory skills.
Special Requirements:
U.S. citizenship required.
Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $22 - $35 per hour.
