Senior Experience Designer

ELEKS Product Design Office is looking for a Customer Experience Designer in USA.REQUIREMENTS• 5+ years of experience in a similar role• Proven experience across design phases, from pre-sales to post-MVP delivery• Strong grasp of design principles• Hands-on experience with Design Thinking and advocacy for a human-centered approach• Proficient in design and prototyping tools• Expertise in user research, usability testing, and quantitative methods; strong HCI understanding• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle with a product-focused mindset• Experience in stakeholder management• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Bonus: Knowledge of Service Design principles and methodologiesRESPONSIBILITIES• Conduct user interviews, field studies, and usability tests to gather insights• Lead design processes in cross-functional meetings to drive impactful solutions• Coordinate training sessions and facilitate engaging workshops• Identify new business opportunities and manage client expansion• Promote and support Design Thinking education and training programs• Present UX deliverables to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders• Conduct various user research sessions, including in-home and user testing, to derive actionable insights• Design content structures, navigation systems, and improve information accessibility• Develop intuitive software interface designs to enhance user interactions and flowWHAT WILL YOU GET WITH ELEKS• Challenging tasks• Competence development• Team of professionals• Dynamic environment with a low level of bureaucracyABOUT ELEKSELEKS is a custom software development company.
