Element Biosciences is seeking a technically adept Director, Accounting to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of financial statements. This role requires strong technical accounting skills, US GAAP understanding, and experience in a public accounting firm or a publicly traded company.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end accounting close process
Provide technical accounting leadership
Prepare financial statements

Interact with HR and third-party providers
Support tax filings
Drive process improvements

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
CPA designation required
