Director of Compliance

Elemental Excelerator is seeking a seasoned Director of Compliance to join the legal team. The ideal candidate will proactively reduce risks and ensure organizational adherence to ethical standards, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance matters
Develop and enforce procedures for regulatory compliance
Train employees on compliance requirements
Conduct risk assessments and initiate risk management initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on compliance practices
Create and maintain compliance records
Track and interpret regulatory changes and advise on legal processes

Education

Substantial experience in regulatory compliance management
Working knowledge of federal requirements
Experience in leading compliance and regulatory programs
