Bilingual Recruiter & HR Operations Manager (English/Russian)

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter & HR Operations Manager (English/Russian) to join our team. In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process and oversee key HR operations, ensuring a seamless hiring experience and efficient HR management.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Source potential candidates through various channels
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers during the selection process
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Oversee onboarding, off-boarding and performance management cycle
  • Maintain HR systems
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end Recruitment
  • 3+ years in IT Recruitment, Product and Operations roles
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
  • Familiarity with ATS
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Fluent or Native in both Russian & English
