Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate must live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations listed on this requisition. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.The Account Service Manager is responsible for providing advanced customer service representation and strategic planning for large accounts.How You Will Make An Impact• Provides strategic planning and account management for large accounts.• Directs and manages the administration of contractual requirements and obligations.• Manages the new and renewal implementation process for accounts.• Interfaces with operations to ensure smooth delivery of services.• Maintains ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customers' organizations.• Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customers' expectations.• Provides both on-site and off-site customer service, which may include interpreting plan design, researching and resolving phone and written inquiries, resolving claims, benefit and enrollment issues.• Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions.• Makes routine account visits.Minimum RequirementsRequires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities And Experiences• Experience working in the managed care/healthcare insurance industry most notably in pharmacy benefits; PBM experience strongly preferred.• Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, problem-solving skills, and adaptability highly preferred.• Proven ability in collaborating with cross-functional teams and coordinate efforts towards common goals strongly preferred.• Experience interacting confidently with senior management and executive level stakeholders, as a subject matter expert and comfortable with influencing decision-making preferred.• Excellent written, oral, presentation and interpersonal communication skills with the proven ability to negotiate expectations between multiple parties strongly preferred.• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, MS Teams, CRM tools and Salesforce highly preferred.For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $68,124 to $116,784Locations: New YorkIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
