Director Client Service Pharmacy OperationsLocation: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The Ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoint location.The Director of Client Service Pharmacy Operations is responsible for supporting overall client service pharmacy operations procedures, processes and operations.How you will make an impact:- Manages client service pharmacy operation activities, supporting financial metrics.- Represents Operations to our clients, for the Directs execution and delivery of pharmacy initiatives.- Identifies areas for client service operational improvement.- Serves as a single point of contact for clients, related to pharmacy operations.- Oversees client operational staffing model for optimal efficiency.- Provides expertise in business operations, workflow, product, system front end design, and long-term system strategies.- Develops and documents client service pharmacy operational procedures.- Coordinates department client service operations to achieve expense savings, increase productivity, and exceed customer service expectations.- Manages budget and collaborates with intra-organizational departments to achieve financial and production client satisfaction goals.- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 8 years management experience in a complex business and systems environment, minimum of 5 years project management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Qualifications:- Extensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit management, and relationship management.- Previous experience leading a client facing account management team.- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
