Elevar is dedicated to helping Shopify brands around the globe establish a reliable data foundation for scaling their businesses. As a pivotal member of our team, the Web Analytics Specialist will immerse themselves in the dynamic world of tagging and event tracking, ensuring that our clients can trust their data.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for learning new solutions that Elevar offers, keeping up with industry changes (such as iOS14 and server-side tagging), and sharing your expertise in onsite tagging and data collection. Your insights will be crucial for our ongoing growth!
We’re looking for someone who enjoys navigating tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, as well as mentoring fellow colleagues. You'll manage tagging implementation projects, onboard new customers, troubleshoot complex tracking issues, and ensure that our customers fully maximize their Elevar experience.
What To Expect:
- 60% of your time will be spent as the primary analytics specialist, overseeing onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for a dedicated set of customers.
- 20% will involve expanding your skills and knowledge of analytics and Elevar products, implementing solutions across customer accounts.
- 20% will focus on reviewing implementations from other specialists and maintaining product/tracking documentation.
- Own the relationships of assigned customers, serving as the primary contact for analytics or tagging requests.
- Onboard customers onto Elevar's tracking platform effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by identifying and addressing their tracking goals and challenges.
- Conduct audits of Google Analytics and GTM, implementing necessary changes across client accounts.
- Provide support to other analysts as backup.
- Eager to learn and expand expertise in eCommerce data tracking within a leading industry environment.
- Must be available to work within the EST - PST time zone.
What You'll Need
- A self-motivated and proactive work ethic.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-facing success role (Support, Success, Account Management, or Sales).
- Exceptional multi-tasking and context-switching abilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Skills in measurement, reporting, and data analytics.
