Role Overview:
We’re looking for a talented and motivated Ecommerce (Shopify) Operations and Social Media Marketing Coordinator experienced in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and optimizing Shopify stores. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent creative skills, and the ability to drive results through strategic ad management and e-commerce improvements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Advertising Management:
    • Develop, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok.
    • Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize return on investment (ROI).
    • Adjust targeting, ad content, and budgets based on campaign performance and analytics insights.
    • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
  • Creative Development:
    • Collaborate to prepare engaging and visually appealing creatives (both still and video) for ad campaigns.
    • Design marketing materials, social media posts, and other visual content using Canva.
      • Design and produce social media posts, website banners, product photos, sales brochures, and social media ad creatives.
      • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
      • Collaborate with internal team members to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas.
      • Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
  • Content Management:
    • Maintain a visually appealing and user-friendly online storefront by organizing product categories and collections, using the store’s customization features to revise site pages, and optimizing all related Shopify apps.
    • Upload high-quality product images and multimedia content to enhance product presentation.
    • Write compelling product descriptions and detailed specifications to inform and engage customers.
    • Collaborate with internal team to ensure alignment of content with brand messaging and promotional campaigns.
  • Product Management:
    • Add new products to the Shopify platform in accordance with company guidelines and standards.
    • Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images are uploaded for each product.
    • Regularly review and update product listings to reflect inventory changes, seasonal promotions, and discontinuations.
    • Monitor product performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators such as website traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
    • Generate reports to analyze ecommerce performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Experience Enhancement:
    • Continuously strive to enhance the online shopping experience for customers through improvements in website navigation, search functionality, and checkout process.
    • Gather feedback from customers and incorporate suggestions for website enhancements and feature updates.
    • Address customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for various business needs.
    • Research product sourcing materials and maintain supplier relationships.
    • Schedule and manage appointments and meetings as needed.
    • Maintain and organize business documents and records.
  • Proficiency in using ad management and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tiktok Ads, etc.) is preferred, although we will provide some training on these tools. A willingness to learn and adapt is key.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management/optimization and content creation, preferably with Shopify and Canva.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce best practices.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and effective marketing content.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve campaign performance.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles is a plus.
  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $900 - $1200 / month
Schedule: PST
