Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Community + Influencer Manager to join our growing Keys Soulcare Team. In this role, you will serve as the voice of our brand, engaging with and nurturing our online community across various platforms. You will be responsible for building relationships, fostering positive interactions, and creating a welcoming environment for current and potential customers, fans, and advocates. You will play a key role in driving engagement, gathering feedback, and creating strategies to grow and strengthen our community.
Responsibilities:
Community Management
Community Engagement & Support:
- Actively manage and monitor social media channels, forums, blogs, and other online spaces where the community engages with the brand.
- Respond to community inquiries in a timely, empathetic, and helpful manner.
- Foster positive and constructive conversations while handling conflicts or negative comments diplomatically.
Community Growth & Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the community by attracting new members and retaining existing ones.
- Identify and engage brand advocates, influencers, and loyal fans to help expand community reach.
- Organize and facilitate online and on-site events including live-streams, influencer events, and community events.
Brand Advocacy:
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s values and mission through engagement.
- Encourage community members to share their experiences, participate in campaigns, and become advocates for the brand.
Influencer Relationship Management:
- Identify, recruit, and build relationships with beauty influencers that align with our brand’s image and target audience.
- Develop and manage ongoing relationships with top-tier influencers, micro-influencers, and content creators.
- Act as the primary point of contact for influencers, providing clear communication and maintaining a positive working relationship.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign concepts.
- Coordinate and execute influencer campaigns from start to finish, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Oversee influencer content creation, ensuring it meets quality standards and aligns with campaign goals.
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Campaign Performance & Reporting:
-Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer partnerships, including metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to stay up to date with influencer trends and audience behaviors, ensuring the brand remains relevant and visible.
Brand Advocacy & Product Seeding:
- Manage product seeding initiatives, sending products to influencers and tracking usage.
- Engage influencers to create authentic reviews, unboxings, tutorials, and product placements that resonate with their audience.
- Ensure influencers understand the brand’s mission, values, and product offerings to create authentic content.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or brand partnerships within the beauty industry or related sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing influencer relationships and executing influencer campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, etc.) and influencer marketing best practices.
- Creative thinker with the ability to collaborate and execute campaigns that resonate with beauty consumers.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and use data to optimize future initiatives.
- Experience with influencer management tools (e.g., Grin, AspireIQ, CreatorIQ) and social media analytics platforms (e.g., Rival IQ, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work outside of required business hours.
- Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of beauty trends, products, and content.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of initiative.
- Flexibility to travel or attend influencer events as needed.
