Position Summary
The Project Management Intern is responsible for the creation and management of small-scale digital projects. This individual will support the Digital Creative Marketing team and work with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and ensure on-time delivery of assets. He or she will own and support the process from inception to completion, including managing schedules, resource allocation, and delivery of assets.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate cross-functional partnerships and act as main point of contact for teams: brand marketing, e-commerce marketing, product development, sales team, and the creative team
- Receive small-scale creative requests and assist in brief turn-in meetings to ensure project objectives are clear before work commences
- Manage project processes using established tools, documenting and distributing project status, recaps, and next steps
- Ensure the routing for review and approval of all assets
- Identify potential issues that may impact meeting objectives and on-time delivery and propose solutions to keep moving towards completion
Requirements:
- Post-Graduate
- Must be able to work normal business hours (Monday-Thursday from 9-5pm EST + Friday from 9-2pm EST)
- Ability and willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones (CA office connection and Shanghai team)
- Superior organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to adjust to work in a fast-paced environment and make prioritization judgments against current resources and budget while keeping bigger-picture business goals in mind
- Complete understanding of creative process and production process to build schedule from inception to project completion
- Comfortable managing and influencing cross-functional teams such as brand marketing, ecommerce marketing, social media, art directors, designers and copywriters, effectively communicating the business and creative objectives of projects
- Ability to anticipate team workload and establish schedules/ timelines/workflow to meet
- Knowledge of computer programs including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Wrike Project Management System
